Upcoming Event Changes

Due to a recent health discovery, I’ve been forced to cancel a few of my December events in my hometown of Greenville, TX. As of today, the December 8th holiday book signing at The Wind, The Willow bookstore in the Uptown Forum has been cancelled. However, since I was informed that they’d still be throwing a party in my honor even if I didn’t show, my 45th birthday party at The Texan Theater is still happening! We’re going to give this theater the honor of showing one of the best films of all time since it was deprived in 1977. That’s all I can say about it really. Just show up. Trust me. It is free to the public and you don’t even have to bring me a gift! This is my gift to all of you for supporting my dreams these last few years. I’m not too sure about how involved I will be that evening but I will be in attendance. Trying to take it as easy as possible…

Synopsis:

A Curse Beyond Comprehension.

A Power Beyond Belief.

A Girl Far From Home.

Katie Liberman is your typical eighteen-year-old college student…or at least that’s what her family thinks. Picking up five years after the events of A Taste of Home, Katie has dropped out of school and embarked upon a dangerous quest to find Kurt Jimmerson, the New York City attorney responsible for her family’s werewolf curse. Unknown to her, the attorney’s grip on the ‘City That Never Sleeps’ is tighter than imagined and she’ll need any and all help available to be victorious. But… where do you find friends when you’re Far From Home?

Extinguished: Out Of My Hands!

I received a nice little email this morning while hooked up to all kinds of good stuff at the hospital. Long story. The publisher has requested the manuscript for Extinguished and I delivered. I’ll know something in a couple of weeks!

Synopsis:

Angel Burns is a young fire fighter with a shrouded history. During a routine night at work, she accidentally stumbles upon a demonic ceremony that brings her memories out of hiding…as well as her repressed supernatural powers. Angel soon learns that her life was intended for something greater than extinguishing fires for mortals as she dives deeper into the demonic underworld. Now on the payroll of the Vatican, Angel embarks upon an epic quest to protect the Gutenberg Bibles from the clutches of evil. If successful, she will secure peace for generations to come. If she fails, the power of the ancient books will be unleashed to bestow an eternity of darkness upon all of humanity!

Coming 2019!

Extinguished Beta Review # 3!

Another beta reader finished and provided me with this little tidbit of praise!

“The story follows a female firefighter and her struggle to find out who she is and where she came from. Her character is relatable and well described. Her relationships with the people around her are believable and add to her charm. The story is well written, and makes it easy to fall for the main character and her demon fighting clan. I found myself rooting for them as they battled their foes, sad when they fail and cheering when they won. It is easy to put yourself in the book and see the images play out in your mind. The ending is a surprisingly good one after being on the edge if your seat until then.”

So there you have it! I’m in the process of finishing my final read through and hope to have it sent to the publisher tonight! On top of that, you may notice a change in the cover…
