Well, the new year is upon us. There are political scandals left and right, the impending return of the pandemic, and Godzilla is probably hanging out somewhere near the coast of southern California. On a positive note, I’ve always wanted to see Godzilla. Bucket list complete!

I’ve spent the last couple of months pretending I’m not a professional writer and concentrating on my fireman’s/engineer’s certification for the vintage steam locomotive I work with. It’s a childhood dream come true and I’m loving every second of it. However, it will be a return to business as usual after the first of the year.

This year will see the release of “Hellfire & Blood” in the Shut Up and Bleed anthology, the release of “Fluffy” in the Head Blown anthology, and the release of the third and final entry into my Texas werewolf saga “Home Sweet Home”. After that? Who knows…

Thanks to my fans for sticking with me over the last few years. It hasn’t been easy. I plan to be more active here on cderickmiller.com instead of Facebook. I’ll mainly use FB as a place to share my website links and photographs via Instagram. As far as a new social media community is concerned, I prefer Slasher. It’s a horror based social media app and you can find me @HowlGrowlSnarl. Twitter? Fuck that thing. I’m out.

Here’s to wishing everyone a healthy, happy, and prosperous new year. I love each and every one of you for believing in me enough to still be here wondering what in the hell I plan on doing next. Honestly, your guess is as good as mine. That’s the fun part of being an artist!
