Random Madness 12.23.20

Random Madness! That’s basically what social media is, right? Just a bunch of random madness? One post at a time spread throughout the day? These are the top things I wanted to write on social media today. Everything. All at once. Does it sound insane? Why? Because it wasn’t broken up into single posts? The way I see it, there are too many feelings to step on if the public can see the posts as they scroll through their feed. Doing it this way, it’s your own fault if you get triggered by something I’ve written. You had to do a lot of damn clicking to get here. Maximum effort. This is my version of a cyber booby trap. Minus the boobies. Enjoy the show!

Black Forest Ham comes from the Black Forest region of Germany. It is flavored by bathing it in beef blood. I found this out while eating some. Fuck you, Google Home Mini!

Want to understand modern American politics? Listen to Trees by Rush over and over and over again.

Indestructible 70’s model rape vans are traffic’s equivalent to honey badgers. They don’t care.

Tomorrow Night on the Butterflies Make Me Angry Podcast, we’re discussing Christmas memories. We might read a Christmas-ish story as well. Join us live on Podbean https://howlgrowlsnarl.podbean.com/ or listen to the recorded episode afterward on all podcast platforms like a Christmas Poon.

Rest In Peace Pastor Fred Thomas. Google him. I’m not a religious guy but he was, and that’s all that matters. He was a good dude. Taught me how to cook pork chops in creamed corn using a cast iron skillet and an open fire when we were children. Fuck COVID-19.

Stanley Kubrick was one strand of lights away from making The Shining a Christmas movie if you judge it by Die Hard standards.

If you advertise your depression on social media daily, people will cuddle the fuck out of you. If you decide to be brave, keep it to yourself, struggle through it, and slip just once…people will crucify you behind your back. It’s 2020, people. Automatically assume that EVERYONE is depressed as hell.

This is still a thing:

Nightmare fuel. These guys are all over my neighborhood. Hate them. Bad vibes. Creepy bastards. https://www.google.com/maps/@32.7459063,-96.8283046,3a,30.7y,117.68h,90.41t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s5aXxRn1cT3BsNibGFrPWqA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?hl=en&authuser=0
