November Happenings!

The month of November is going to be a bit of a break for me! Yes!!! That’s a good thing because October handed my ass to me and December appears as though it will spank me like the bad boy I am. So…it’s not all bad. Here is a list of all the C. Derick Miller goodness taking place during the month of the great turkey slaughter!

11.4.18 – Texas Justice: Brandon Woodruff

2pm Movie Screening – Hampton Inn – Rockwall, TX

The reason I haven’t been vocal lately is because I’m caught up with researching and writing an expose’ on this dear individual right here! I won’t go into detail because Google is easy and free. However, I will be attending another work-in-progress screening with the director of the film. The public is invited and, if you live near Rockwall, TX, this might be a place you want to be. I encourage everyone to see this film. It will make you scared to be a citizen in modern times.

11.6.18 – A Taste Of Home Interview

Karen’s Killer Book Bench

The great Karen Docter is going to take a crack at my latest novel A Taste Of Home! Even though it was released back in August, it will be the first time her audience gets exposure! She recently did the same with Diary Of A Gonzo Ghost Hunter and I appreciate her efforts in the difficult task of giving Indie Authors a chance to shine! Please check out her site and books!

11.17.18 – HC Writer’s League

5pm – Texan Theater – Greenville, TX

If you’re a writer or aspiring writer and you live in the Greenville, TX area, we’d love to see you! Authors, poets, and songwriters are all welcome! I’ve been so busy that I haven’t been able to give this organization the love it deserves. I will try harder. I promise.

Unknown Date – Greenville Life Magazine

The Rockwall, Tx based band 3 Blocks Away will be my feature article in the Fall issue of Greenville Life Magazine. I had a chance to see these young musicians not too long ago and they melted my face off. I hope my article will do them justice but I highly doubt it! They were amazing and you won’t want to miss this issue!!!

So, there you have it! October was a busy month and I’m looking forward to a minimal November! Lots of cool stuff happening before Christmas so stay tuned for that info. If you absolutely can’t wait, feel free to check out my upcoming calendar to say a little prayer for me. I’m not the world’s biggest fan of the holidays. Long yet typical story. – Peace
